Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Alyssa brings 15 years of experience in career transition and a passion for helping professionals align their careers with their confidence, purpose, and growth. Her work is rooted in the belief that many talented people are not held back by lack of skill but by a lack of clarity and self-trust. Her goal is to close that gap through strategy, insight, and honest self-reflection.

Alyssa has supported a wide range of professionals through major career shifts. One memorable client came to her feeling disqualified for a leadership role because she did not fit the traditional mold, despite nearly two decades of experience. Through intentional coaching, mindset reframing, and self-advocacy practice, that client received two external executive offers and ultimately used those offers as leverage to create a tailored leadership role within her current company—with significantly improved compensation and benefits.

If she were to write a book, she would call it Becoming My Own Permission—a reflection of her personal and professional journey toward trusting her own voice and choosing alignment over approval.
