How much does a consultation cost?
There’s no obligation to pay to have a complimentary consultation.
Where are you located?
Based in Denver with offices in the Denver Tech Center and staff located in major markets around the country.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 8-5pm. Staff members are located in all three US time zones.
Do we help with branding and creating resumes?
Yes. ECP offers expertise in defining and communicating each client’s professional brand. You match your skills to the market demand, then craft keyword rich content for resumes, letters, websites, and social profiles.
How much time will I personally need to dedicate to this job search campaign?
Every job search is different. A symbiotic and supportive partnership between the client and an experienced Career Strategist usually leads to a shorter campaign. One hour each day in the absolute bare minimum for you to see our prescribed results. Ideally, a candidate will have 2-3 hours per day to dedicate to working on their job search.
Do you think a personal website (besides LinkedIn) is necessary?
Each professional’s brand will be defined by public content if it is not taken into ownership. The Personal Marketing Websites offers a dynamic and attractive environment for professionals to share details in more depth and with creative application, rather than being subject to filling only the fields available on a LinkedIn or other social profile.
Is Executive Career Partners legitimate?
Executive Career Partners has an impressive record of client’s who are satisfied with our services, gainfully employed and happy that they spent the time and money with us to experience a triumphant career transition. We are legitimate and growing rapidly due to a high level of clients’ success changing jobs.
What is the overall mentality of hiring managers when it comes to screening candidates who have been marketed to them?
These days, we all feel over marketed to. The mix of marketing methods and messaging that we do for each client is well received based on strong network relationships, targeting primarily those who have a hiring need and the quality of the communications and content that we employ. Additionally, we track and review metrics on engagement and adjust our tactics from time to time.
What is ECP’s success rate with people of my stature and experience?
We measure a client’s campaign success in two ways. The first is market reach out. This is a purely numerical report that shows which targets opened the communication and which also clicked. Additionally, as clients find jobs, we register completions. In 2021, ECP achieved an 86% completion rate. We do not use industry, target positioning or location as filters to measure our success at this time.
