At the beginning of each customer engagement, ECP conducts a structured in-depth analysis of where you have been and where you want to go professionally. We capture your input through a simple online process. This data is then evaluated by our team of experts. The outcome of the evaluation is your ideal positioning in the job market, the best keywords to use in your content for improved passage through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) screening, and a custom job search strategy.
To help implement the plan each client is assigned an ideally matched Career Strategist to guide and coach them along the now defined and strategic path to job search success. Your engagements with your Career Strategist will include an intro call, a profile review and JobRAMP training, a creative materials presentation and launch meeting, LinkedIn, interviewing, and negotiating training, along with additional support and interaction as needed by phone and email throughout your engagement with ECP.

The more knowledgeable you are about what’s happening within an organization prior to an interview, the better you can align your history and accomplishments to their needs. ECP helps job seekers prepare for interviews with in-depth background information on employers such as company SWOT analyses, key executive bios, knowledge of vendor partners, historical financial data and organizational charts.
We prepare you for the questions that could be asked (for example: Why are you in the market? What’s your biggest weakness/strength? Tell me about yourself). In addition to Interview Prep, we also help you determine your worth in the market once you accept the job. Through proven negotiation tactics, we arm you with strategies to respond to money questions (such as: What are your income requirements? What was your last salary?). To this end, we have access to the latest salary survey information and we often use this information as the basis for our response strategies. We help position you for signing bonuses, and to establish benefit options best suited to your needs.
