Primary responsibilities of this role:

• Perform quality assurance calls to clients on follow-up calls
• Perform reference calls to clients

• Manage and organize information and processes related to subscription opportunities, including tracking data, billing, and website administration
• Execute data entry and administration duties daily
• Function as a key facilitator within the ECP lead generation pipeline

• Source new candidates to drive leads
