He specializes in creating jobs and an “environment” for our employees to have a positive experience in their careers – not to mention the satisfaction that comes from seeing how our service can benefit clients in the outcomes produced for them. 

When he’s not working, he enjoys skiing, hiking / mountain climbing, beach vacations in tropical destinations and spending time with his adult children and wife of 34 years.

What are the top three reasons you love what you do? I am in the unique position of being able to help people with what is for the most part the most important aspect of their lives – their careers. Helping people to realize what is really going to provide satisfaction at different points of their lives and careers in terms of their work/life balance and livelihood is something of a “ministry”.
