With over seven years of experience in the career transition space and a background spanning journalism, marketing, and client service, she is dedicated to crafting professional resumes that truly reflect her clients’ values. She’s written thousands of career documents to date and is passionate about helping professionals gain confidence and clarity in their job search.

Her favorite part of the work? Telling people’s stories in a way that connects with their goals and moves them forward. Sally’s strategic, thoughtful approach has helped clients across industries stand out in competitive markets—especially when it comes to tailoring their materials for the roles they want most.

When she’s not working, Sally loves going for long runs. She compares running to job searching: both require focus, resilience, and a belief in the process. She’s also a former competitive tennis player (placed at state all four years!), a proud mom, and a self-proclaimed ketchup avoider.

Something most people don’t know about her? She’s never broken a bone or had stitches, and her sister lives in New Zealand. Her dream bucket list items include attending the U.S. Open and running a trail ultra marathon.
