Meet, Patrick. He is one of our most enthusiastic Regional Directors because he wants to see people live their lives fully, doing what they enjoy and are made to do.

He loves the privilege of getting to know and connecting with his clients and helping them find their next “ideal” position. He thinks his co-workers are awesome and thoroughly enjoys his daily activities involved with working remotely with ECP.

He’s had a diversified career with numerous successful interviews along the way and brings a unique ability to relate to a job seeker as he has been in their shoes on numerous occasions. His greatest accomplishment with ECP thus far was being named the Top Producer for the month in December 2019.

In his spare time he loves being the “yes man” to his three-year-old granddaughter!

What makes you good at guiding professionals to make career changes? I specialize in making that individual connection, and then identifying a client’s needs. I help each professional to identify and then share with me their career goals, specifically helping them to identify their “ideal” next position, starting with that end result in mind.
