Meet Michaela!

Michaela Wick serves as an Administrative Assistant at ECP, supporting both clients and advisors through the operational backbone of the career transition process. Based in the Denver metro area, she brings a calm, detail-oriented presence to complex workflows, ensuring that professionals can focus their energy on strategic career decisions rather than administrative friction.

Her effectiveness stems from a combination of deep listening, practical problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to helping others move forward. Michaela is particularly attuned to the human side of career change and takes pride in creating order, clarity, and momentum behind the scenes. She believes meaningful work should support both success and well-being, a perspective that informs how she approaches every interaction.

Michaela is the first in her family to earn a college degree, a milestone that reflects her persistence and values-driven approach to work. Outside of ECP, she enjoys reading, creative art projects, playing tennis, and spending time with her children and dogs. She also volunteers with Colorado Puppy Rescue and is known for her curiosity, whether that takes the form of exploring new hobbies or drawing on her surprisingly deep knowledge of soil properties from an early job in landscape materials.
