Meet Meredith! With over a decade of experience in the career transition industry, Meredith loves helping professionals uncover their strengths then step into those superpowers.

One of the many reasons Meredith is passionate about her job is because she enjoys providing support to professionals when times get tough. Her clients love working with her because she has a knack for reminding clients about the gifts they have that the world needs.

In addition to her experience as a career strategist, Meredith is also a talented keynote speaker. One of her most notable professional accomplishments was giving her first TEDx talk at TEDx Manitou Springs.

When Meredith is not working, she loves watching movies with her family, paddleboarding, trying a variety of local food/wines/beers, learning about people while she’s traveling around the US and abroad, and cheering on her alma mater the Maryland Terrapins.
