Mary brings over 20 years experience in the industry of helping people make successful career transitions. Most importantly, she loves helping people. Seeking new employment opportunities can be an intimidating process. It’s important that her clientele see her as their biggest advocate and trusted partner throughout their job seeking process.

She enjoys coaching, mentoring and assisting clients to develop clear, concise and attainable career goals. Helping clients work through their fears and job search challenges is exciting to her. She specializes in networking, marketing, knowledge of the job market, career counseling and guidance.

She also enjoys the sales process and hunting for new business, from the first sales call to the close and everything in between.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her huge family. Interaction with animals is huge for her, especially spending time with her pooch, Ricky. She loves to hike, bike (road/mountain), float down the Deschutes river, read and thinks drinking wine with friends is always fun.

What makes you good at guiding professionals to make career changes? I understand the importance of listening, asking questions, and clearly defining a client’s “WHY” for wanting to make a change in their professional life. It’s imperative when working with a client to clearly understand their goals and objectives and how my organization can help guide them through that process.
