Marty brings more than 20 years of experience in the career transition space, shaped by a passion for helping people reach their full potential. Whether conducting talent searches on college campuses or coaching professionals through career pivots, Marty is driven by one goal: to inspire people to pursue opportunities that align with who they are and what they’re capable of becoming.

Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for recognizing untapped potential and encouraging clients to explore new paths with clarity and boldness. He believes the most successful job seekers lead with curiosity, stay resilient, and are willing to embrace the unknown with courage.

One piece of advice Marty often shares is to explore new pathways. He encourages clients to look beyond traditional methods and lean into possibilities that may not be on the usual map. Creating opportunity often means thinking differently—and acting with purpose.

Outside of work, Marty enjoys golf, tennis, sailing, and exploring new forms of entertainment. He’s passionate about living life as an active global citizen and hopes to experience more of the world through travel, culture, and adventure. On his bucket list: circumnavigating the globe and kite-surfing across the Mediterranean.

If he were to write an autobiography, Marty would call it “Living Your Dream Life”—a reflection of his ongoing pursuit of personal growth, discovery, and purpose.
