Senior Career Strategist
Meet Kris! Although she has been in the career transition industry for 20 years and worked with thousands of job seekers, the job just never gets old for her. Being a confidante, sounding board, and educator while providing support and accountability is her strength and what she truly enjoys!
By nature, Kris is a helper and an encourager and finds it incredibly fulfilling to support someone else as they learn to do something great to support themselves.
She also finds it rewarding when a client remembers their value and regains confidence in their own skills, expertise, and themselves. This confidence is a motivator and driver in a job search. Kris loves being a part of that process.
Along with coaching, she has written thousands of resumes and related materials throughout her career. She understands what is necessary for a resume to be highly effective and helps her coaching clients to utilize their documents to optimize their job search.
The people who would benefit the most from Kris’ style of guidance are senior managers and executives that are engaged, motivated to make a change, and open to learning and implementing new job search techniques. Her ideal clients are those who are forward focused and welcome new tools, services, and support throughout their search.
When Kris is not working, she enjoys spending her time in her garden, volunteering with her church and community, spending time at the beach, and especially being with her family, kids, and grandkids.
We are grateful to have someone with Kris’ encouraging approach and commitment to helping others as a part of our team!
