Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience in career transition and a deep passion for helping people live fuller, more aligned professional lives. Based in the Atlanta area, she believes in showing people how to maximize their potential by leading with purpose and positivity.

One of Kelly’s most rewarding client moments involved helping a government professional make a bold career shift. After learning more about the client’s values and interests, Kelly helped her break free from a path that felt limiting and guided her toward a role that now brings energy and joy back into her day-to-day life. For Kelly, success is not just about landing a job. It is about rediscovering what motivates you and taking steps toward something better.

Do everything with purpose. Kelly believes that people may hear your words, but they feel your attitude. Staying positive, present, and emotionally intelligent can open doors both in work and in life.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys life on the lake where she spends time boating, kayaking, and taking nightly sunset rides. She also meditates daily, something that helps her stay grounded and focused. Her book title of choice would be All is Well—a reflection of her belief that life has a way of working out, especially when faith and perspective guide the way.
