Meet Katherine! After being a part of the integral team who started ECP and working here for 8 years, Katherine started a consulting firm and went out on her own. Soon after, we asked her to return to consult for us as our Onboarding Specialist to benefit from her incredible skills! 

Having been in the career transition industry for over two decades, Katherine finds it to be truly satisfying when she’s able to help someone find their dream job. She is someone who thrives in their role when she’s doing something meaningful that will help make someone’s life easier. 

Other reasons why she loves her job are because she’s a people person who enjoys the daily interaction with people from all different walks of life and because she feels that she works with a great team of professionals that makes her job not feel like “work”. 

When Katherine is not working, she loves enjoying afternoon tea, reading, and taking long walks out in nature. Something that you may not know about her is that Katherine lived in the Sichuan Province of China for a year.
