Meet Kate! She is a great communicator who is known for her empathetic approach to the job search process. With five years of experience in career transition, we are thrilled to have Kate join us as our newest Onboarding Specialist.

Some things that set Kate apart from her peers is her industry knowledge and background in HR, staffing, and recruiting. She is also able to put herself in her client’s shoes. With a genuine interest in helping them achieve their career goals, Kate is an asset to any individual looking to shift careers. 

Professionals who work best with Kate are those that appreciate someone who is direct without being inconsiderate. Kate especially connects with those who appreciate a straightforward approach, while still being kind and understanding. 

When Kate is not working, she loves spending time outdoors. Hiking and camping are some of her all-time favorite activities. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dog. We are grateful to have someone with Kate’s strength for effectively communicating information and ability to take action as a part of our team!
