Meet Jon! He finds great satisfaction in realizing that he has made a meaningful impact on one of people’s most significant choices – determining their desired occupation, preferred location, and ideal employer.
Having written 200+ career documents, including cover letters, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles, Jon has been able to help a number of people throughout his career. Regardless of their situation though, the common themes are always getting professionals to uncover their successes and to be able to tell compelling stories about those successes.
A few of the things that past managers have commended Jon for are his strategic thinking abilities, as well as my knack for anticipating their wants and needs. This in addition to his creativity and excellent communication skills makes him an asset to our content management team.
When Jon is not working, he loves spending time with his wife, playing golf, reading, and watching TV. Something you may not know about him is that one of his top bucket list items is to someday take the Trans-Siberian Railroad.

How do you think that the job search industry is changing? The job search industry continually evolves as technological advancements influence the way job seekers search for opportunities and how employers identify and evaluate potential candidates. Online platforms and job boards have made applying for jobs easier, with the ability to submit applications and save resumes within seconds. However, this has also led to increased competition, necessitating job seekers to customize their resumes to standout among the sea of applicants and address the specific skills and experience employers are seeking.
