Meet Jennifer! With almost two decades of experience in the career transition field, she is passionate about watching clients courageously work through barriers to achieve their career transition goals. Watching clients take risks that pay off in unexpected ways is always a joy for her. 

Jennifer is known for guiding candidates through the self-discovery work needed to create a strong foundation for their job search. Then she works with her clients to understand how to conduct game-changing research that highlights candidate alignment for the right employers.

Her areas of specialty include using market research to stand out as a job seeker, informational interviewing, and personal exploration for deeper career growth and alignment. 

When Jenifer is not working, she enjoys traveling with her children, gardening, and fly fishing. We are so thankful to have someone with Jennifer’s positive mindset and data-centered background to join our team of Career Strategists!

What are some of the reasons why you love what you do? I love partnering with clients to explore career clues that can be combined in new ways to reimagine and discover new and exciting career choices. I also believe that aligned work can bring a deep sense of fulfillment and meaning to our lives and love when clients find work that is aligned with their purpose.
