Meet Heidi! With over a decade in the career transition industry, and a knack for building quick rapport with clients to put them at ease, she is a great addition to our team of talented Career Strategists.

She is good at guiding professionals to make a career change because she has made career changes herself, including having been a hiring manager. She has a wealth of experiences that she can share, which enables current clients to see what is possible in their own career path.

Heidi finds it fulfilling to be a part of the guidance of changing someone else’s life within their career. She feels that a Career Strategist’s professional existence is such a vital piece of who they are as people – supporting someone to get paid what their worth, make a switch to a new industry, get a promotion, or finally realizing their full potential is extremely rewarding to her. 

Professionals who work best with Heidi are those that are open minded and are a mid to senior-level career changer. With her background, she’s able to connect best with clients who already have a few years of experience under their belts. However, she has also found success working with early career clients. 

When Heidi is not working, she enjoys watching college football, quilting, reading, and spending time with her husband and 13-year-old son.
