Heather is a seasoned executive who has made major career changes herself, which makes her able to understand the difficulty and sensitivity of her client’s job search campaigns. 

She is known for her ability to provide support with empathy, optimism, and experience, and works best with people who are driven and take ownership of their journey. She likes to dig in, work hard, and get results quickly.

When Heather is not working, she loves to spend her time reading. She considers herself an avid reader, and is known to have a book nearby at all times. She also loves spending time with her three kids and going for long walks with her husband and their dog.
