While new to the career transition industry, her people-centric approach allows her to empathize with the clients that we work with. This, combined with her organizational skills, makes her a customer-oriented powerhouse.
She has seen firsthand how negatively it can affect professionals when they’re trapped in the wrong career. When you’re unhappy at work, it can affect every other aspect of your life. Heather is looking forward to helping clients find more peace and joy in their lives through a successful career search.
When she’s not working, Heather enjoys spending her time with friends and family – who love to hike and camp as often as they can. She also has a passion for gardening and collecting large houseplants.

How do you think that the job search industry is changing? Many job searches are exclusively virtual now, and a lot of people need help navigating that. It’s not always intuitive to find a job when the internet is so massive and you don’t know where to start! Job seekers need to be constantly learning new skills and keeping up to date on hiring trends.
