Meet Erik! One of our Senior Regional Directors. A graduate of Colgate University and St. John’s University School of Law, Erik is a former senior executive and federal regulator in the Financial Services industry. He has spent more than two decades placing senior legal, compliance, operations and sales professionals with a number of large financial institutions, broker-dealers and registered investment advisers and has staffed numerous consulting engagements. Erik is an avid sports fan and participant, having played intercollegiate baseball and having taught tennis professionally.

What makes you good at guiding professionals to make career changes? I get a great deal of personal and professional gratification assisting individuals in finding the right position and corporations in building and reinforcing their team of professionals.
