Meet Emma!

We’re excited to welcome Emma Sheedy to Executive Career Partners as a Candidate Marketing Specialist.

Emma is based in St. Petersburg, Florida and brings a strong background in marketing and automation. She first stepped into the career space by helping friends refine how they presented themselves to employers. Along the way, she saw a clear opportunity: most professionals were not applying the same strategy to their job search that companies use to market their services. That realization inspired her shift into this work.

Emma helps clients stand out with messaging that is smart, targeted, and results-driven. One of her favorite client success stories involved building a personalized outreach campaign that turned a stalled search into multiple interviews. A hiring manager even described the message as the most professional and relevant they had seen. For Emma, it confirmed how far the right strategy can go.

When she is not supporting clients, Emma recharges through movement and creativity. She loves running, biking, yoga, and cooking with music playing and a sparkling mocktail in hand. Having grown up in Japan, Guam, and Germany, she brings a global perspective to her work and a strong sense of adaptability to every challenge.
