One of the more interesting jobs that Elizabeth has held during her career has been as a document editor for the Inspector General of Behavioral Health in Virginia. With experience in multiple industries, we are excited for the knowledge that she brings to the table.

While it is much easier to fill out an online application, what job seekers don’t see is what happens behind the scenes like filters, word recognition, and applicant tracking systems. This can create a lot of frustration for qualified applicants.
