Based in the Boston area, Donna brings more than 18 years of experience in career transition and a clear dedication to helping professionals move forward with intention. She discovered this field after relocating to the United States from Europe and was immediately drawn to the opportunity to help others not just find a job, but secure the right role, with the right income, in the right environment. That mission felt familiar to her early work with families at risk—supporting people in building a better path forward.

Donna has worked with hundreds of professionals across industries and functions. One of her most memorable client stories involved a healthcare executive who had been stuck in a toxic work environment and spinning her wheels in the job market. By expanding her search strategy and focusing on the value she brought to the table, the client landed a new role with significantly better compensation and a work culture that aligned with her goals.

When she is not working, Donna enjoys reading across genres—from fiction to biography to history—and continues to explore her interest in culture and archaeology. She once participated in an archaeological dig of Washoe Indian artifacts and dreams of visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, and touring Southeast Asia. If she were to write a book, she would title it Take That Step—a reflection of her belief in movement, growth, and choosing not to settle.
