CHRISTINA JOHNSON
Senior Career Strategist
Los Angeles, CA
Meet Christina! With over two decades of experience in the career transition industry, she has a wealth of knowledge on the changes that have occurred in the industry over the years. This coupled with her understanding of current trends makes her the perfect addition to our Career Strategy team.
Over the years, Christina has worked with professionals in all industries. This has allowed her to develop tools, resources, and experiences that enable her to intuitively guide and support each candidate through this crazy rollercoaster ride we call the job search.
A few things that she truly believes in are candid feedback, gentle love nudges to keep her clients moving forward, and giving them the inspiration that they need to take consistent action toward their goals.
Individuals who work best with Christina are ones who know they were meant for more, believe they have a calling, and are ready to do the hard work! The journey is challenging and necessitates risks, but when you invest the effort and have faith in the process, she knows firsthand what a difference that can make.
When Christina is not working, she loves spending time with her family. Her life motto is: “life is adventure, and I’m here for it!”. That’s why she’s often found dragging her husband, two daughters, and two rescue pups along for the ride.
We are so grateful to have someone with Christina’s passion for making a difference and wealth of career transition knowledge as a part of our team!
What are the top three reasons why you love what you do? If I were to look back on the multiple careers I’ve had, there are three main running themes. Making a difference in someone’s life, getting to know people on a deeper level (what their intrinsic motivators are), and creating something bigger than yourself.
With as much time and energy we pour into our careers over a lifetime, being able to support others in their commitment to growth, doing what they love, and getting paid for the value they provide changes their outlook on the world. It’s ripples in the water and knowing one drop of accountability, support, or guidance can make an impact that continues on long after.
