Brooke truly enjoys learning about her clients and customizing each job search by listening to their wants and needs. It brings her great joy to provide feedback that will ultimately help a client land their dream job, and she finds it to be such a rewarding position.
When she’s not working, she spends her time outdoors with her husband and two children, and Goldendoodle. Both of her kids are athletic and she loves to attend their sporting events to watch them in their element. In addition to this, she also loves to run, read, and watch the Philadelphia Eagles win.

What makes looking for a job in 2020 different than 10 years ago, different than when you started in this industry? The job search has definitely evolved over the past 10 years. It has moved to a strong online presence and learning how to brand yourself as a candidate to be unique and stand out to employers. Networking is now done through online platforms like LinkedIn and joining industry specific groups. Companies have created advanced applicant tracking systems to be their first line of the interview process instead of human phone call. As we move towards the future, the more technical the job search is becoming.
