Meet Beth! As someone who has worn a lot of professional hats and is known for succeeding in many different roles, she is a jack of all trades! That’s why she is the perfect fit for our Project Manager position. 

Having worked in the career transition industry for over a decade, she is passionate about the work that she does. She loves supporting people to achieve their professional goals. Although individual needs may shift during a career trajectory, the goal(s) remain similar. 

Beth has been commended by previous bosses for her organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture while addressing logistics and improving processes. However, that’s no surprise because she enjoys identifying what people need to be successful and developing systems for those sets of knowledge and skills.

When Beth is not working, she loves listening to music, making bad paintings, and taking walks in the woods. Something you may not know about her is that she loves to travel and has visited 46 out of the 50 states.

How do you think that the job search industry is changing? One way the job search industry is changing is the sheer number of applicants due to the expansive reach of the internet to share job openings. It can be intimidating for job seekers so helping them feel confident in their experiences as well as supporting them in articulating those experiences in compelling ways is especially important now.
