Amanda Stockton is an executive career strategist, coach, and client experience leader with more than 10 years of experience helping professionals navigate career transitions, strengthen their leadership brands, and achieve meaningful career outcomes. Throughout her career, she has combined expertise in executive coaching, personal branding, learning and development, and organizational leadership to guide individuals through some of the most pivotal moments of their professional journeys.

Currently serving as Senior Executive Career Strategist at ECP, Amanda partners with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-performing professionals to develop customized career strategies that position them for long-term success. She specializes in executive branding, resume and LinkedIn development, interview preparation, networking strategy, and career campaign management. Known for her ability to quickly build trust and uncover each client’s unique value proposition, Amanda has helped hundreds of leaders clarify their goals, communicate their impact, and confidently pursue new opportunities.

Prior to her work in career consulting, Amanda held leadership positions in higher education, student development, and workforce development. Her diverse background has strengthened her ability to understand leadership challenges across industries while bringing a coaching approach grounded in emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and authentic relationship building. She earned certificates as a Gallup Strengths Coach, Fundamentals of Leadership (HarvardX), and holds a psychology bachelor’s and counseling masters.
