Meet Allan! As someone who is passionate about serving others, taking action, and helping his clients find success during their career transition, he is a great addition to our team of talented Career Strategists. 

Allan is known for his great communication and knack as a trainer. These skills coupled together are what have led him into his current career as a career coach. Prior to his past three years as a career coach, Allan was a pastor who worked with individuals of all ages. 

Through his relational approach to the career search, Allan has the ability to synthesize his clients’ information and understand details they may not have even shared yet. He has often been commended for being approachable and building trusting relationships that build rapport with others. 

Individuals who work best with Allan are value-based professionals who are willing to do a deep dive and focus on their strengths with immense clarity. They also have the ability to take those articulations and turn them into action.

When Allan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family on the lake as much as possible. They recently purchased their first boat which they love to take out on the water. While Allan and his family love spending their summers outdoors, they also love a good night in with some popcorn.
